ELF Eyebrow Kit Review

The ELF Studio Eyebrow Kit is a product I've been using for quite a while now, but I've always just been using my aunt's one (as usual)! I was pretty excited when I finally got my own one when ELF had free delivery (this was the only product I ordered)!

I never really used to bother much with filling in my brows, but after starting, I just cannot miss out this step anymore! This eyebrow kit is something I reach for when I have a little more time to apply my makeup and I want a strong defined, but still natural-looking brows.

This kit comes in sleek, matte black packaging and contains a small mirror, wax, powder and a mini double-ended brow brush. It's available in four different shades, and I have the 'medium' version.

The consistency of the wax is just perfect - the right amount of pigment, glides beautifully and it actually really does help keep your brows in place for longer! The powder is very smooth and is also quite pigmented, even though it's a lot lighter than the wax. They're both super easy to apply and blend.

The packaging says to 'apply the pigmented brow gel to define and shape the brows' and then 'set the color in place with the brow powder'. I personally dislike this method as it takes too long for me.. I usually dip my brush in the wax, then swipe in the powder a couple of times and then apply straight to my brows. If I have too much product on my brush, I wipe it off on the back of my hands and then carry on.

Using this method, I'm able to achieve extremely natural-looking brows which I love! It fills in all my sparse areas, as well shaping them perfectly! This is literally the only brow product which has been able to get my brows looking almost the exact same size and shape, without looking fake (I don't pluck/tweeze/thread my brows)!

You can easily use this kit to achieve either bold brows or softer, natural brows! It lasts all day without fading away, and only costs £3.99!
