Makeup Revolution Cream Blush 'Rose Cream' Review

Hello!

I usually find powder blushers quite hard to apply and so have always opted for cream blushes. If you've read my Makeup Revolution Haul post, you'll know I picked up one of their cream blushes in the shade 'Rose Cream' for only £1.50!

Makeup Revolution Cream Blush - Rose Cream

This blush definitely isn't the creamiest one I've tried so far, but it still blends in seamlessly with either your fingers or a brush! I prefer using this product with a stippling brush just because I feel it applies the colour more evenly.
I was honestly so surprised with how pigmented this blush is! You certainly don't need to use a lot of this product, which means it'll last a long time, yay!
It leaves a beautiful matte finish and lasts for several hours before starting to slightly fade away. This isn't really much of a problem as the colour is still mostly there, but if it bothers you too much, it's small enough to fit into a handbag for touch-ups!
I've loved using this blush since I've got it to add a 'healthy glow' to my cheeks! Although it does look quite bright, it looks very natural when blended out. I can't wait to get my hands on some more colours!

Leave me a comment if you know any other amazing cream blushes!

Thanks for reading, Thahira x

  4. I didn't even know Makeup Rev sold these! I'm a huge fan of their products and I've been super impressed with everything I've tried from them. I'd love to see a picture of this blush swatched as it does look very bright. I'm guessing you could maybe double this up as a lip tint too? xxx

    1. I'll try to add a swatch picture to this post/on twitter soon! Yess, it would look lovely but it's not very creamy so is a tad drying on my lips :( x
