W7: Cheeks - Smooth Blusher and Sculpturing Face Brush Reviews

Hello!
I'm always on the lookout for affordable high quality products, so I thought I'd share some products which I think fit into this category! I've decided to make it into a little series of products from W7, consisting of separate posts for Cheeks, Eyes and Lips! This first post will be for cheek products!

If you've read my previous posts, you'll know that I usually steer clear of powder blushers as I find cream blushers much easier to work with. However, the W7 Smooth Blusher* has completely changed my mind and has quickly become an everyday product for me!
I have this in the shade 'Born Pretty'. Before using it, I wasn't keen on the colour but the matte baby pink shade actually brightens up my face beautifully! It does look slightly coral in some lights. I honestly think this colour would suit so many different skin tones!
It is isn't extremely pigmented, which is a positive in my opinion as it means you'll never look like a clown unless you pile it on! It also blends in so easily, it's basically fool-proof!
The packaging is really sturdy so I know it'll never get damaged or break, and you can see what the colour is through the top!
The only problem I have is that it fades by the end of the day, but it's easily fixed by re-applying!

The W7 Sculpturing Face Brush* is my most favourite item I've tried from W7!
This brush is so densely packed full of bristles and is cut to an ideal angle!

I tend to skip contouring on an everyday-basis because of the time and effort it requires to look perfect, but I gain quick and effortless defined cheeks when using this brush! It blends the harsh contour colour in no time and leaves me with a natural looking but sculpted face!
It also applies blusher and bronzer really well, picking up the perfect amount of product and blending it out with no difficulty.
This brush is incredibly versatile as it can even be used with liquid foundation! It helps me achieve a natural looking flawless finish. The shape of the brush makes it perfect for blending around my nose and eyes. The best part is that product doesn't get absorbed into the bristles either!
I adore the simple look of this brush and it feels really well-made too!
I experienced very little shedding when washing it, but other than that I truly think this brush is just flawless!
I'm definitely going to purchase another one so I can have one for foundation and another for bronzer/blush.

  2. The brush sounds great! It's nice to hear budget brands are doing good quality brushes as they can be so expensive otherwise.

  3. Great reviews on both of these! The brush looks awesome, reminds me of a smaller and slightly slanted version of the ELF flat powder brush that everyone loved a couple of years back :P
